Eligibility Criteria

- Must be an international student (non U.S./Canadian citizen):
- U.S. study: valid study visa or DACA status
- Canada: valid study permit
- MPOWER loan is not required, all eligible applicants may apply

- Complete the online form before July 31, 2025 (11:59 PM local)
