Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a first-class postgraduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Should be a full-time Ph.D. scholar registered in a recognized Indian university or institution
- Age should not exceed 35 years as of October 1st of the selection year (relaxation of up to 5 years for reserved categories, women, and candidates with military service)
- Open to Indian nationals and nationals of other Asian countries

- Prepare Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Passport-sized photograph
- Proof of age (Birth Certificate/Passport)
- Copies of academic certificates and mark sheets (graduate and postgraduate)
- Ph.D. admission/registration proof
- Research proposal outlining the study plan
- Two recommendation letters from academic referees
- Proof of Indian citizenship/nationality (for other Asian nationals)
- Category certificate (if applicable for age relaxation)
