The Immersive Exhibition Grants fund U.S.-based venues to host French-produced XR or immersive exhibitions in Fall 2026. Grant recipients receive up to $10,000 to present immersive projects—ranging from VR, AR, 3D mapping, multisensory installations, to projection-based works. A selection committee evaluates proposals for artistic merit, audience engagement potential, and outreach strategy. A dedicated XR fair will follow, connecting French and U.S. creators and venues.

Eligibility Criteria
- Who can apply: Any U.S.-based cultural venue (e.g., museum, gallery, university, theater) exhibiting immersive/XR experiences.
- Project requirement: Must be a French creation or majority co-production with U.S. distribution rights.
- Language requirement: English-language exhibition materials mandatory.
- Technical formats: Open to 3DoF, 6DoF, multi-user VR, immersive projection, 3D mapping, and similar formats.
Application Process
- Confirm eligibility and secure U.S. distribution rights for a French immersive project.
- Complete the online application form on the Villa Albertine website.
- Provide project details: exhibition concept, audience outreach plan, budget, venue capacity, and technical specs.
- Submit application by August 31, 2025 (11:59 PM ET).
- Independent committee selects four projects; results announced November 6, 2025.
- Funded venues exhibit the project in Fall 2026 and participate in the subsequent XR fair.
